How does it work?

With Meet and Greet parking all you do is simply drive to the terminal entrance, handover your car to the waiting driver and of you go to the departure Lounge. On your return, simply call the number supplied and your driver will meet you outside the terminal with your car.

Will my car be safe?

The parking sites are enclosed with security fencing and monitored by CCTV. Additionally, certain compounds are staffed 24 hours a day.All Mobit Airport Parking main compounds are inspected to ensure all standards are adhered to, failure to comply results in the operator being removed from Mobit Airport Parking listings. At busy periods, vehicles may be moved to other compounds and not all compounds will have full security measures although all will be fenced and monitored.
All vehicles are parked at owners insured risk.

Are the Companies insured?

Yes they are fully insured for road risks.

Can I cancel my booking?

All cancellations, for whatever reason, are subject to a minimum £ 10 administration charge. Mobit Airport Parking will provide a refund to the value of your booking less the £ 10 administration charge. The following conditions apply for cancellations:

  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel will NOT receive a refund.
  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of travel and with a value in excess of £ 40 will receive a 50% refund and will not be subject to an administration charge.
  • Cancelled bookings are not transferable.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds for bookings made via PayPal will be refunded via their Refund facility.

The above information also applies if a booking has been made for incorrect airport or is cancelled or unused due to a third party action. Please note that cancellation must be made by email, telephone cancellations are not acceptable.

How do I know these companies are legitimate?

We carry out checks on all Companies offered through Mobit Airport Parking and as far as reasonably possible we ensure that they conform to the following:

  • Long-standing and established Companies
  • All their drivers hold a full UK Driving License.
  • Members of British Parking Association.
  • Some may hold the prestigious Park Mark award.
  • Have adequate security in place at their respective parking areas (please contact operator for more details on their individual parking sites)

What happens if my return flight is delayed?

If you experience an unfortunate delay, you must inform your chosen service provider who will provide a ‘grace’ period where you will incur no additional charges for parking. After this period, you may be charged for each additional day your vehicle remains in their car park and also an additional return fee if this is outside the normal operational hours of the operator. If you do not inform the service provider of your delayed return you may incur a minimum additional £ 15 charge to cover the additional administrative and labour costs.

What happens on my arrival back in the UK?

Upon you return to the UK, you simply call your parking provider on the number provided after you have collected your baggage. As part of the booking process, instructions will be provided with full details on where to meet the representative. You may be required to prove your identity before the representative will handover the keys to your car..

What happens if I am running late or early?

If you are running late/early please call the company so that they can ensure a driver is there to meet you on your arrival. If you do not call you may incur an additional charge.

Are there any hidden costs?

Different airports have different policies on charges for using their drop-off and pick-up facilities. Where applicable, some operators may include the entrance/exit fees in the price but some may levy an extra charge from you or some may require that you pay at the ‘gate’. Please check your confirmation email for full details.

Changes to Bookings?

You can make changes to booking information such as vehicle details /phone numbers/times/dates. Should you need to change your booking information, you must contact as soon as possible.
Please Note: All date changes must be made by email and will incur a £ 10 administration charge plus any additional parking charges. These charges will be taken from the card used at the time of booking. If the booking payment was made through PayPal, We will contact you to obtain payment prior to the booking change.
