    Online Bookings

  • Mobit Airport Parking Ltd is only a marketing website offering the services of car park companies, any bookings made through the website constitutes a contract between the person/company that makes the booking and the selected car park company.
  • Bookings made through Mobit Airport Parking Ltd are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation e-mail.
  • All car parking spaces/services are subject to availability.
  • Mobit Airport Parking Ltd reserves the right not to accept or fulfil a booking at its discretion.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid contact number which they will be travelling with and a valid email address when making a booking.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they read the confirmation email and contact the relevant car park if they have any questions, before travelling.
  • All customers must bring a copy of the confirmation email with them to the car park / airport on the day they travel.
  • Should you not provide a valid email address and contact number or do not follow the instructions in the confirmation email or other communication sent to you by the relevant car park then Mobit Airport Parking Ltd will not accept liability for any costs incurred.
  • Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • If the payment is declined, then Mobit Airport Parking Ltd and the car park company reserve the right not to fulfil your booking.
  • Amendments and Cancellations

  • All amendments and cancellations must be communicated to Mobit Airport Parking.
  • All amendments and cancellations will be subject to the terms and conditions Mobit Airport Parking.
  • Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service, once the service has commenced, will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked.
  • Cancellations Procedures

  • All cancellations, for whatever reason, are subject to a minimum £ 10 administration charge. Mobit Airport Parking will provide a refund to the value of your booking less the £ 10 administration charge. The following conditions apply for cancellations:
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel will NOT receive a refund.
  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of travel and with a value in excess of £ 40 will receive a 50% refund and will not be subject to an administration charge.
  • Cancelled bookings are not transferable.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds for bookings made via PayPal will be refunded via their Refund facility.
  • Simple Airport Parking Ltd Liability

  • This is a legal document which contains contractual provisions. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
  • Mobit Airport Parking Ltd is an agent for the car park companies on the website. Your car parking contract is with the individual car park company and will be subject to their Terms and Conditions. Full details of these are available upon request from the individual car park company.
  • Complaints Procedure

  • Car Parking Process - Complaints regarding the car parking process should be made in writing by emailing the relevant car park company. The car park company contact details can be found on your confirmation.
